How I repurpose one piece of content into 6 platform ready posts without losing my mind.
Been managing content for clients for a while and the biggest time sink was always repurposing — same idea, six different formats, six different tones.
Here's the workflow I landed on:
Write the core idea or script once — doesn't matter the format
Strip it down to the key message and hook
Adapt for each platform's native format (thread for Twitter, no-hook LinkedIn, story-led email, hashtag-heavy Instagram, keyword-led YouTube)
Ad copy last — easiest once you have the angle
Took me from 3 hours per piece to under 30 minutes. The trick is treating each platform as a completely different audience, not just a reformatted version of the same post.
