Missing/hidden comments??

i can’t see certain comments. I can see the “view 1 reply”but when i press on it, nothing appears.

There’s also another issue where my friends commented on my post but im using a different account to view it, and it shows the comments are folded, and i only can see 5 out of the 30 comments?
