How to find clients for my SMMA

I run a social media agency that offers social media management, content creation, branding, and strategy services. Recently, our clients having been dropping like flies due to budget concerns. I’m wondering how to find new clients? I don’t currently run ads, but I do organically post and show our work, I’ve posted to Facebook groups and LinkedIn, etc. I’m just wondering how others are finding clients as we are struggling. The organic leads we get have been tough to convert. Our previous clients primarily came through referrals and word of mouth (which has since ran its course).

The budget cuts thing is happening everywhere. What's worked for us is getting really specific about the niche. Instead of "social media management" we positioned around "LinkedIn content for B2B consultants" and suddenly people knew if they needed us or not. Also, case studies from past clients are everything. Even if they churned, if you got results, get a quote from them. Cold outreach with specific results beats generic posting every time.

I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively.
