Just Wasted a Lot of Time Posting a Comment That’s Hidden

So, I just made my first ever comment on a TikTok video even though I’ve had accounts for years. It was in response to a sad situation one of my favorite creators is going through and was not rude, controversial, etc., at all.

I use TikTok on my desktop on the website – no app. My comment had four paragraphs of about three sentences each, and I had to keep deleting and re-posting it because I couldn’t get it to include the paragraph breaks. Finally, I just gave up and left it as a block of text.

But I checked while I was signed into another account as well as while not signed in at all, and the comment doesn’t show up. Maybe the fact that I had to keep re-posting it was a problem. It's frustrating.

If anyone knows of a solution to retry and get it to show up, I’d appreciate hearing it.
