i still have time limit even though i reconnected my account with my friends account

hi so i was connected with my friend and i had time limits and my friend sometimes gave me passwords. so lately i had a fight with him so asking him to reccinect our accounts is not possible. i also asked him earlier to do it and he didn’t agree. so yesterday i turned off family paring but still have time limit. does anyone know what to do in that case?
