I’ve tried using two TikTok sounds and they keep saying it’s copyright? Glitch maybe?

First song was rush - tom sawyer (1:00 sound )

Second was The message - Dr Dre (1:00 instrumental )

I thought every song was usable?

Also how do I use extracted sounds with getting copyright?

Im not making money or anything i get a couple hundred views lol
