IS TIKTOK LISTENING TO ME

So I was Watching YouTube on my Pc today and stumbled on a music from some new artist and i listened to it after that i just close my pc and goes to my phone after 30 minutes later the artist came on my feed which wasn’t strange i didn’t react or liked in any means and continue scrolling after a while half of the TikTok is about that song and the artist. Mind you my phone was not connected with the internet that my pc was using and i didn’t search about the song or interacted to it just come and go. It was strange and i seriously was terrified and didn’t know what is happening. Is this a verification of being listened by my phone especially apps or i am just tweaking out.
