What should I do in this situation?

So, my friend asked me to order her two things from TikTok Shop from two different sellers, they both arrived the same day but I only got one package, I asked around my neighborhood, but no one knew about it. I told her she got mad saying I'd better not scam her and better give the money back to her.

I believe that I don't need to give the money back since it's not my fault nor my responsibility for her missing package🙄 I’m doing her a favor I don't owe her anything, she said that if I don't solve this out she's gonna report me to the principal or something, lmao.
