notifications cleared

my friend has my account , i know its childish but we cant talk rn and i want to ask you guys if my notifications were 7 like i open the app and there is a 7 in the inbox and now its cleared and opened and 100% i didnt open the activity bar, can it be cleared or opened by itself? or someone has to press the button?
