I relate to this a lot, the ideas were never the issue for me, it was actually sitting down and writing captions consistently.
I tried batching manually in notes but it still took way too long, what worked better was using a mix of templates plus something like Gemini's nano banana, Jasper or Runable to quickly generate and refine captions when I already had the idea.
Now I just batch everything in one sitting and it’s way less mental effort to stay consistent.
