Missing comment replies

When I post a comment on a video, or reply to someone commenting on one of my own videos, I cannot see the replies to it. Ive checked the settings, cleared the cache, and googled but found no answers. Anyone know what’s wrong with it?

P.S. it’s been doing this for the past few months.
