Is there a way to find someone’s alt account? If following list is private

There’s a girl on tiktok who keeps copying my content for the past year. I have blocked her main but she still always finds a way to copy me to the point she copying my video word for word in captions and is using all the same sounds. Since her following list is on private I can’t check for alt/private/spam accounts she owns. Is there a way to bypass viewing the following list or a tool I can buy for this.

You can attempt to reach out to tiktok but it's not against their rules and regulations to steal from another creator, so they probably won't do anything and sense technically you agreed to the terms and conditions when you made the account, there's nothing you can do about it rn. If you were both on YouTube as an example you could get the account in trouble for stealing your ideas
