Cant follow anybody or like videos

whenever i follow someone on tiktok it dosnt save them in my follow listen or it'll just automatically unfollow them after a few seconds and the follow list on my profile would be zero. same thing happens with likes and saving videos. also for some reason people cant see when i comment on theur tiktok posts.
