My tiktok draft didn’t post and I lost it???

I sent a support message to TikTok, I don’t know what else to do? I worked hard on this video and what happened was. I was posting the video and I realized I was getting a message from someone so I exited the app but not fully closing the window. It was still running in the background I thought it would post on its own. A couple minutes later I went back into the app and the app reloaded the way it usually does on its own. I figured oh it’s OK. It will just give me the message I sent a support message to TikTok, but I’m unsure what else to do.
