You know what? The hardest part of running an agency is not getting clients, but getting consistent results
Anyone here experiencing the same? Everyone talks about getting clients, but honestly, that's not even the hardest part. The real challenge is the "consistency".
From what I've seen, (and even in some projects I've worked on with our team at eFreedom), results don't usually drop because one thing stops working. It's more on because small shifts start stacking up:
Things like:
-platform algorithm updates
-more competitors entering the space
-audiences slowly losing interest because messaging isn't consistent
And most of the time, what was working fine today may not work the following weeks/months. that is why you don't have to rely on a single "winning strategy", but building foundation and systems that can adjust when those changes happen instead of starting over every time.
Curious if others deal with this too. What do you guys do when results start becoming inconsistent?
