Constantly receiving emails from tiktok shop, I don't own an account and tiktok support is refusing to acknowledge the issue

Anyone know what I can do?

tiktok support just keeps telling me there is no email in their system related to my issue and yet I keep sending them screen shot proof that there is an account using my email to buy stuff on the tiktok shop.

How is it possible that there is no account when I can use MY email to try to log in to tiktok and change the password and it has a 2fa pop up for using a cellphone number that isn't MY phone number?

Why is it even possible to sign up for tiktok with an email that isn't yours and not have to verify it?
