Won't let me appeal

My account has been flagged as 'impersonating a person or organisation' and my account's username is therealclarklent_ so I've appealed saying that he is fictional so I cannot be impersonating him but it won't send and just says network issue

(I have put in my email I just didnt want to show that on here)

This has happened before but it would just easily fix and it didnt say anything about suspension
