What I learned from +154,680,000 views without spending a dime on ads
I’ve spent the last two months obsessed with understanding why some content explodes while incredible businesses struggle to hit even 1,000 views. To test a theory, I built two YouTube channels from scratch—zero followers, zero marketing budget. In less than 60 days, they generated +154M views and are already monetized.
My biggest takeaway? Most founders are overpaying for ads because they haven't cracked the code on organic attention. Going viral isn’t a lottery; it’s an engineering problem. If you can’t stop the scroll in the first 2 seconds, your brand is invisible to the market, no matter how good your product is.
I’ve perfected this system in the entertainment niche, and I’ve mapped out exactly how to apply these same retention patterns to make a brand unavoidable in its niche.
I have all the metrics, dashboard screenshots, and retention graphs to back this up. If you’re building something serious and want to see the data or discuss the logic behind it, I’m happy to share what I’ve found.
I can only take on one or two projects at the moment, so if you have a solid idea, let’s talk.
