My friend has this bug where she can respond to some of her dms

so my friend has this bug where she cant to some of her dms and its been like that for a while now, specifically a month, i sent her some tips to fix it but given the lack of response, its clear that it hasnt worked, so what can she do? i rlly wanna dm her again
