How Does This Work?

So I posted a review today and TikTok hasn't been pushing it out for whatever reason. It has 14 views and that was 5 hours ago. I have over 7000 followers, I really feel like I shouldn't be getting that low output! But anyway, when going to analytics I was looking over it and its telling me in the charts around 30 people have seen it and while that's still low I feel like this should be getting views like that but I don't see them! Can anybody please explain this to me! Like this video should have gotten output today because it was about the new season of Wistoria that came out today! That should be getting seen! This is seriously frustrating to me!
