Has anyone else had constant connection/loading issues recently?

Videos won‘t load or play at all, comments won’t load, or I have to tap the refresh button a couple times to see them. This is on every post. I just deletud the app to try again but when I try to login I just get “There was a problem. Please try again later”. Is it because I’m b& or something?
