Is there anyone who earn money from TikTok livestream?

The company I work for starts TikTok shop business this year. And one of my responsibilities is to recruiting TikTok live hosts.

But I search on Reddit, and found little information about this. Is there anyone who has experience in TikTok live streaming? Can you share something about that?

And here is the brief introduction of the livestream host:
