Can’t be sent videos

So some of my friends are able to send me videos as normal but other friends are complaining that they aren’t allowed to send me anything? it’s really confusing, i did get age restricted recently. My privacy settings says friends can send me direct messages in inbox.

Why is it only a few can send me stuff?
