How can I update my account information? It always gives me errors

I have been trying to update my account email address for months (That email was hacked). Either my account information page comes up as a blank white page, or it says there has been an error when I try to update it. You can't update via the website, so the app is my only option. I've cleared the Cache and restarted the app 100 times. Does anyone else have this issue?
