Getting 0 views outside of followers or sends out of nowhere. Has anyone experienced this?

I've been posting for about a month, to a decent bit of success. I've had several videos break 10k views and even one hit 100k views. The minimum amount of views i'd pull on a video was 1,000. I was posting once every 1-3 days. My most recent normal, no issue video pulled in 20k with 3k likes.

Then suddenly, my next video was refusing to roll out to for you pages of users. I would get views if i DM'd it to a friend, same with likes. And my followers were engaging (i only have like 300 or so) but my content was not being pushed into the ecosystem at all. This was happening for about an hour then suddenly my video got pushed out normally, but the viewership was gimped and i only got about 700 views before it croaked.

I thought maybe it was just the video not being amazing, so I brushed it off. But I had a video today ready and I uploaded it at a good time, and tik tok literally refused to show it to anyone new. It's sitting at 10 views, when my videos in my niche always pull way more than that for basically free.

What gives? I've done nothing suspicious or wrong. I comment innocuously on other posts and like other people's content and send friends dm's and what not, but nothing that could possibly flag me.

If anyone could assist in this matter I would greatly appreciate it. I already tried privating it and unprivating it. It's been about 8 hours since I uploaded it and still no new views.
