Package Delayed on TT Shop

Has anybody had a packaged delayed but still come kinda on time? I was expecting it for a concert I’m going to on the 25th but randomly I got a notif saying it was delayed and should be picked up by the 21st and if UPS doesn’t pick it up I’ll get a full refund. Should I just go ahead and order another outfit. Or does this usually go away. It’s through the verified seller, Fashionnova. I never have any issues w fashionnova in general (when I bought from the direct website) so im worried. Usually my stuff comes early but at least on time
