Got banned from Rednote with a new account

My old account using my friend's chinese ID got banned for no reason, and I couldn't get it back despite a month of trying.

So I opened a new account. 3 days later, got flagged for sus activity (I just blocked 4 accounts and then got the notif). I then verified my identity using my foreign passport. Still banned. I contacted customer service and they told me that there is suspicious login/activity on my phone so I got banned. I'm quite pissed right now, because I haven't commented/posted on this new account at all, they have absolutely no grounds to ban me.

Maybe they banned the IP address on the device I'm using. But even still, what the fuck!

I now just want to close the account, I just give up using Rednote. But they have my passport and face verification details. How can I request to have it removed?

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
