Nonprofit hot mess
A local nonprofit just looped me in as their operations manager. They also want to improve their social media presence. Their only current avenue is Facebook in which the business owner posts a stream of consciousness up to 10 posts a day.
We are searching for a volunteer to help. To be clear, I'm not looking for a volunteer on this platform. I am hoping that those with more experience can point me to some good reference materials so that I
- Can have an honest discussion with the business owner
- Can make a good decision selecting either a volunteer or professional
