Imagine getting sued over bread
A company sued this woman after she made a tiktok warning people to be careful with the bread they are buying because of preservatives some bakeries are using.

Lol. The brand outing themselves. Soon gonna be having videos of Nigerian bread CEOs eating their product.
Doesn’t this mean that the company will have to proof their bread sucks and that she was speaking about them r bread—- in discovery??
No matter what language you choose to use, please keep speaking the truth.
The Streisand Effect
A phenomenon where attempts to suppress, censor, or hide information backfire, causing it to become widely publicized instead.
Named after a 2003 incident where Barbra Streisand’s lawsuit against a photo of her home actually went viral, the effect is driven by internet curiosity and the "forbidden fruit" appeal.
This is so messed up. I hope that she has a good legal team to support her, speech-protective defamation laws, and she wins.
Would be really funny if it wasn't that particular brand she was even talking about 😂
I dunno, but I love this lady & could listen to her all day talk about lawless, poison bread.
Oof Ok so I totally support her but she may just want to take the video down.
Wrong or right, the bread company has more money than her to drag this thing out in court.
In the video you can see their packaging. Now the logo may not be clear but the design is probably distinctive.
She mentions harmful chemicals as ingredients. That's another thing the bread company will bring up.
I'm not sure what country this is from and their laws but it seems like the bread company is pretty serious about it. I know reddit wants her to hold the line but this is her life. Unless you're ready to donate to ger legal defense, we should want the easiest path for her. Which is simply remove the video. Then make another without the packaging, cut a shape out of the bread so even that isn't distinctive and talk in opinion. Again, not sure of the laws in her particular country but there are always ways to win against shitty companies
The brand seems to need some quick money to try this stupid shit.
If lawyers for Walmart and/or Sara Lee are coming after someone, shouldn't they be worried? Will the truth even matter here?
