Is there a way to block fyp and only access bookmarks?

I can’t control myself on TikTok and end up doomscrolling but I have so many important videos I need to act on that I have bookmarked. There’s far too many to download on my phone, so I was wondering if anyone knows of an app or something that would only let me see my bookmarks and access nothing else.

Or say I was to learn to code idk I’m way out of my depths, would it even be possible to create such an add on? I’m willing to go to great length to actualise this. (Great lengths apart from buying more storage and downloading them all, that’s never an option.)
