Not a creator and wrongfully age redirected?

Pretty much what the title says. I’m 25 and my account was randomly age restricted for being under 16, so I can’t use things like direct messages anymore. I have submit multiple photos of my ID, and myself holding my ID but nothing seems to work. I don’t even know how this happened because I am not a creator and don’t post. Anyone have any tips on how to fix my account or experienced this before??
