Im form Romania. I want to launch 2 Smm services one with 12 posts a month and 12 hours of work community management so create a post then the rest of the hour do community mangement.

And the same thing for 8 hours , 8 posts a month and 1 hour after each post community management.

How much do you think I should charge for the each service the 12 hour and how much for the 8 hour package .

Stop pricing based on hours and start pricing based on the value of the clients you are trying to attract, because if you sell yourself as a commodity, you will be treated like one.

Pricing this is less about hours and more about the value you bring.

For basic posting + community management like this, most people price in tiers. Starting out, something in the low to mid range is normal, then increase once you have results to show.

Also keep in mind, static posts (no video) usually command lower pricing since they don’t drive as much growth.

If you’re new, focus on getting a few clients and case studies first, then raise prices once you can show actual results.
