I wanted to share a quick shift in my strategy that's been working surprisingly well this year.
Like many here, I was tired of the 'constant content grind' for clients who only cared about vanity metrics. I decided to pivot. Instead of promising 'engagement', I started focusing on building what I call Private Digital Assets.
The goal is simple: helping businesses actually own their audience data instead of just renting it from Meta or TikTok. By integrating dynamic QR codes and automated dashboards, I've managed to show clients their real-time ROI, which has completely changed the conversation from 'How many followers did we get?' to 'How much did our database grow?'.
I'm not selling anything here, just genuinely curious: has anyone else seen a higher retention rate by focusing on data ownership rather than just social content? Any pitfalls I should watch out for as I scale this?
