Search queries analytics - does this reflect searches that converted to views, or just searches that resulted in your video showing up in the search function?

My analytics have been weird recently and I'm just looking for clarification on if the search queries feature of analytics, where it tells you what people are searching to find your video, actually represents searches that converted to views (like people actually searched and then viewed even for a little bit?), or if it just represents searches where your video is showing up as suggested.

Is it just representing searches where your video showed up in the suggested videos, even if people didn't view it? Or is the search queries section of analytics showing you the searches of people who actually viewed the video?
