Hi, I'm having a serious problem with TikTok.
I'm getting reports for "impersonation" for no reason, and when I try to appeal, the app always shows the message "Network issue. Please try again," even though my connection is working perfectly.
The problem is that if I don’t appeal within 7 days, the platform might suspend my account. I’ve already been suspended once for the same reason, even though I didn’t do anything, and I don’t want that to happen again.
Is anyone else getting this error when trying to submit an appeal?
Is there an alternative way to contact support or submit a review?
