Question sticker on tiktok story

Hey everyone, hope this is the right subreddit for my question.

I am certain there was a question sticker you could use on your story identical to the one on Instagram - not the "poll-sticker", the one were you can ask something and people can answer.

But no matter what I do, I can't find it, even though according to Google it should exist.

Does anyone know if there's a certain follower goal you need to reach in order to unlock it or if you need to change your account type to be able to use it?
