Age restriction credit card

Hello, I recently got age restricted and I want to get rid of it, but I am super scared to use my ID, since I don't really trust tik tok with my info. There is also the option with the credit card, but I REALLY don't know if I can trust them, I'm scared they are going to steal from me or something 🥀

So, is giving them my credit card safe?
