Reporting for copyright?

Hello people, recently I have made a tiktok about the game cs2 that went viral with 550k views, one guy copied my video 1 to 1 in a diffrent game called counter blox ( the game is a exact roblox version of CS2)

My friend that saw the copied video and told me, wrote in the comments why the guy copied me and he got blocked by the guy.

My question is can my friends and I report him for copyright?
