i do graphic design work and noticed my posts perform way better when i start with something visually striking or dramatic right away instead of slow buildup. maybe try making thumbnail more eye-catching or add some movement in beginning even if it's just simple zoom effect. algorithm really favors videos that keep people watching until end so pacing is super important
