It sucks that watch time is the biggest indicator if a video will do better than 200-300 views. Good stats otherwise :(

Better engagement? Maybe even at the start which pushed it further?

it's weird because i've had several videos over 1m views, but watch time is always really low. a lot of it also depends on engagement, not just watch time. overall i think watch time is low more often than not, even on a good video, because of how tiktok users are.
