TikTok always sends me notifications about lives I've never done and is now congratulating me for 50,000 followers I don't have

I'm not sure what is wrong with this app. They send me system notifications about how my lives are popping off (I've never done a live, it actually freaked me out because I thought I was unknowingly live streaming) and now they're congratulating my obscure profile for having 50,000 followers it doesn't have.

I'm not sure what the deal is.
