Sooo I stumbled on a tiktok post where someone captioned their baking with “the feminine urge to bake for no reason at all,” and the comments got surprisingly heated. Some people took it as a harmless/meme-y way of describing a personal feeling, while others argued that phrasing it that way reinforces stereotypes about women and domestic roles. Curious what people here think is there actually anything wrong with that kind of caption, or is it being overanalyzed?
