Ideally don't follow people for growth. Focus on quality content to serve a high demand content with high revenues.

Be sure to actually engage with people that you are watching videos from. Watch the video all the way through at least once, comment on the video generally with 5 word or more and only a few emojis, share videos out. Show TikTok that you are not a bot and are actually engaging.
