Tiktok log in issue

I’m locked out of my TikTok and I don’t even know how to fix it because the whole thing makes no sense

Basically I set up a passkey on my iPhone so it’s saved in iCloud Keychain and I can actually start logging in with Face ID just fine. The problem is right after that TikTok asks me for a verification code for 2 step authentication

The issue is I don’t have any code. I never get one by SMS or email and I don’t have an authenticator app set up that I can access. The passkey doesn’t show any code either so I’m just stuck

So it’s like I can prove it’s me with the passkey but TikTok still blocks me because of 2FA and there’s no way for me to actually get the code they’re asking for

I tried resetting the password but it just leads back to the same problem where I still need a code I don’t have

Has anyone else dealt with this or knows how to fix it because right now I’m completely locked out even though I have access to my phone and account
