what are these blank videos?

can someone tell me what these are they continuously show up they do not show up in the watch History like they don't exist I know I'm not the only one having this happen does anyone out there know what these are because no only do they not show up in the watch History everyone's well they switch music to something completely different cuz what is this borderline Irish music now last time it was completely different music.

can someone please explain what even these possibly could be cuz I have no theory on what these are at all and I pull up two different videos before and after this blank one just to show it's showing up as a normal video for some reason but yet again it does not exist.
