My videos on tiktok won’t upload on a MacBook Pro

I have uploaded four videos on my TikTok account and all of a sudden when I try to post another video I do everything and then it says “video published” but then when i check the account i don’t see the video. Is there any solution? i have tried everything and the “clear cache“ something isn’t there when i look in settings and privacy.
