Has anyone solved streaks not being available to them?

This is quite frustrating, I’ve been trying to get Streaks on my account for the past month, it started with noticing my account’s age wasn’t verified, so I went ahead and verified it and even got notified that my appeal went through.

However, that didn’t bring Streaks into my account. So i tried deleting and reinstall the app, multiple times… that didn’t work. I tried contacting support, but for some reason, every single time I’d get a reply, they think I’m using Streaks wrong! Like I can’t even use Streaks because I don’t have the option 😩 i made a new account and surprise surprise it has working Streaks from the start, but I obviously don’t want to have to rebuild my entire account from scratch 🫩

I come here to ask if there is anything else I’m missing or I just have to suck it up and to enjoy streaks i have to use the new account i made
