User using my fiancée’s photo

I’m not sure what to do and I hope this post is allowed here. I recently found this video using my late fiancé‘s photograph without permission. And it’s also misinformation as the user is trying to say that my fiancé is someone who died on the set of Stranger Things while she is not. I don’t know how or why he started using her photo, I have messaged him, I have commented on the video many times, I have commented on his other videos to take it down, I have reported the video, I have had friends report the video, and no matter what I do, this video is still up.

My fiancé passed away eight months ago and it’s been a very difficult time for me and I’m struggling, and something like this is very triggering to me. So I’m looking for anyone’s assistance on how to get it taken down or if they know what to do as TikTok has been of no assistance. Thank you.

I see these fake news accounts all the time and they always insert unrelated audio, photos, and videos at the beginning while talking about usually true stories. I really believe it’s bot accounts doing it and sadly they usually get a lot of comments thinking it’s real.

It's unlikely you will be able to get it taken down, but what you can do is block the account so you don't have to see it anymore.
