The hole is there so we can take that out. Some people don't need padding. We just need support. I take those out immediately and throw them away.

Genuinely don't know that emotion, but as a bra fitter, there is a subset of "my nipple cannot be shown" conservative suburban women that demand that be available.  And those people are the drivers of that still being a thing
