Really weird problem regrading loading

So for the past hour or so my TikTok has been acting out weirdly. I updated the app two hours ago. I can't load anything but can see new messages but also can't open them. I exited the app when I posted a video. I've now exited the app at least 5+ times in the past hour. The video still shows on my notifications to be at 0%.

What should I do?
